Privacy Policy

Effective October 20, 2026

• No data collection. Lyre Studio has no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking, in the browser or in the app.
• Buying. Subscriptions and the Mac app are sold by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller (merchant of record). They handle your payment details and email address under their privacy policy; we see the order and the email address it was sent to, to help with support.
• Your key. When you enter a key, the web version sends it with a random number for this browser to our licence server, which asks Lemon Squeezy whether the key is active. The random number only counts how many browsers use a key. Nothing else is sent.
• Microphone. Lyre Studio uses the microphone only when you turn on a recording feature that needs it. Audio is processed on your device.
• Your songs. Songs and recordings are stored on your device (in the browser version, in your browser's own storage). They leave it only if you export or share them.
• This website. The site and the browser version are served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs to run and protect the service. We don't add cookies or trackers.
• Children. Lyre Studio does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
• Changes. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
